RIDBA Members – save the date!

The Rural & Industrial Design and Building Association (RIDBA) is the recognised trade association for the modern agricultural and industrial buildings’ industry.

It is widely respected throughout the UK for providing a strong, collective voice for the sector and represents the views of its members from the ground up to the wider industry, including government, leading client organisations and other key stake holders.

As a member of RIDBA, Shufflebottom is proud to act as an advocate for RIDBA and that’s why we will be hosting a factory tour here at Cross Hands on Thursday, 8th September, 2022. It will be a great chance for us to engage with our fellow RIDBA members throughout the community of Carmarthenshire and beyond.

We are looking forward to this regional event and hope to see lots of RIDBA members including local fabricators, members of the NFU, and all shed-builders coming together here for this special half day, not only to see what we do, but for us to share and enjoy the value of being members of RIDBA.

There will be a short presentation by Shufflebottom Director, Alex Shufflebottom, followed by a factory tour to see the people and the processes that make for our business being one of the UK’s most successful independent manufacturers of steel-framed buildings and structural steel. Above all it will be an opportunity to chat to each other as interested members of the rural and industrial buildings’ sector.
