I am responsible for the fabricating and welding part of the steel production process and in addition can also operate the fittings’ machine.

My father, Clayton, is an Assistant Foreman here at Shufflebottom, and my Uncle, Christian, is Contracts’ Manger so I am following in their footsteps. When I’m not working, I enjoy playing football and am an avid Manchester United fan.

What I do at Shufflebottom
I am gaining experience at Shufflebottom in the fields of welding and fabrication. I am hoping to gain yet more knowledge in other areas while I’m here. I am pleased to be contributing to the family business where both my mother Alex and uncle, Wesley, are Directors. No pressure, then!

I am proud that I became a Coded Welder when I was 13 years old and became the youngest Coded Welder in the UK!
