The Shows are about to begin!

It’s that time of year again. Even though we were delighted to attend the Lamma Show back in January, it’s now, in spring and summer, that the Agricultural Show Season will be in full swing. So plenty to look forward to.

For us at Shufflebottom, it’s a time to hit the road with our characteristic Shufflebottom van and pop-up stand and set out across the UK. We can’t wait to meet up again face-to-face, with our valued, long-standing customers and prospective customers at a series of high-profile UK-wide agricultural shows. And we can’t tell you how excited we are about this.

The season kicks off in May as follows:

  • The Royal Welsh Spring Festival 20th – 21st May, 2023, Builth Wells, Powys

  • The Cereals Event 14th – 15th June, 2023, Duxford Site, Cambridgeshire

  • The Royal Highland Show 22nd – 25th June, 2023, Edinburgh

  • The Royal Norfolk Show 28th – 29th June, 2023, Norfolk

  • The Royal Welsh Show 24th – 27th July, 2023, Builth Wells, Powys

It’s a chance to for the diverse agricultural sector to network with colleagues and friends who and also to see what’s happening in the industry.

As one of the UK’s leading independent manufacturers of structural steel-work and steel-framed buildings, the shows are an opportunity for us at Shufflebottom to showcase our acknowledged experience and expertise in the design, manufacture, supply, delivery and erection of steel-framed buildings for the agricultural sector. And of course to have a chat and a cup of tea with our customers.

Though they are termed ‘agricultural shows’ we know that one size (or one name) does not fit all and we have a track record of delivering structural-steel building solutions for a diverse range of customers involved in the sector. That’s why the Shufflebottom name is synonymous with quality.

We offer a bespoke service, creating a building exactly to suit your requirements and the particular nature of your site as well as supplying standard farm buildings. Our portfolio of buildings includes, but is not limited to:

  • Equestrian buildings

  • General-purpose buildings

  • Grain stores

  • Hay and straw barns

  • Livestock units

  • Milking parlours

  • Pig units

  • Sheep housing

  • Vegetable stores

There’ll be a big welcome (croeso mawr) at our stands and our distinctive elephant-branded show van at all these UK shows. We invite you to come and say hello to members of our experienced sales team who will be happy to talk you through any projects you have in mind.

We hope to see you soon!
